Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the CardBee app (net.skyk.cardbee) and the website at cardbee.skyk.net, provided by SkyK Networks. By using CardBee you agree to these Terms.

1. What CardBee is

CardBee is a personal reminder and cashback ranking tool. It is not a bank, wallet, payment processor, or credit counsellor. It does not connect to your bank, does not move money, and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for paying your cards on time in your bank or issuer app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use CardBee for your own cards. The app, name, icon, and site are owned by SkyK Networks (or its licensors). Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

3. Your data

You enter nicknames, dates, optional amounts, cashback rules, and similar information. You are responsible for that information being accurate enough for your own reminders. Because CardBee does not read your bank, missing or wrong dates can mean missed payments.

4. Accounts

You may use CardBee without an account. Optional Google, Apple, or email sign-in is for backup and restore only. You are responsible for the credentials of that account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to interfere with other users.

5. Purchases

CardBee Pro (unlimited cards, no ads) is sold as in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play — monthly, yearly, or a one-time option as shown in the app. Payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s terms and applicable law. We do not process card numbers ourselves.

6. Advertising

The free plan may show ads. Pro removes those ads for as long as the entitlement is active.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the app except where the law allows, not to abuse our infrastructure, and not to use CardBee for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer

CardBee is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Reminders depend on the dates you enter, on notification permission, and on the operating system delivering local notifications. We are not liable for missed payments, late fees, interest, or other losses that arise from using or not using the app, except where liability cannot be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and, if signed in, delete your account in Settings. We may stop offering the app or a plan. Store-purchased entitlements remain subject to Apple or Google rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top is the current version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
